What’s Inside
8 Total Body Workouts: You will be introduced to two new workouts every week for 4 weeks. After the first 4 weeks, you will repeat these workouts again to complete an 8 week program. Repeating workouts will help your body recognize the movement, and increase strength and muscle definition while burning fat (Each workout is ~ 30-40 min each)
1 Benchmark Workout: Track your progress and improve your maximum lifting capacity. This workout can be revisited every week, bi weekly or monthly
4 Core Workouts: Focus on deep core engagement and strengthening.

How long will each workout take?
Each workout is designed to be efficient, taking only 30-40 minutes. Perfect for fitting into a busy schedule!
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need dumbbells and a mat. Ideally you should have multiple sizes of weights (something lighter for small muscle groups, heavier for larger muscles and ability to go up in weight as you progress)
Can I do this program if I have no prior experience with strength training?
Absolutely! This program is designed for all levels, with modifications provided to ensure you’re getting the most out of each workout. Follow along with the videos for specific instructions to ensure safety and effectiveness.
What results can I expect?
You can expect to see improvements in strength and muscle tone within 4-8 weeks, especially when paired with a healthy nutrition plan. You'll feel stronger, more energized, and more confident!
Does this include nutrition support?
There are some helpful tips, grocery shopping guides, and meal prep ideas to help you with nutrition but the majority of this program focuses on the workouts.
