This is for you if you need:

✅ A core and pelvic floor healing program (it's never too late to start, even years after having kids!)

What are the workouts like?

These are 50 min total body, cardio & strength training workouts. Kayla specializes in safe and effective workouts if you are pregnant or newly postpartum, but these are also appropriate for the seasoned athlete and veteran mama. These workouts can be modified to make as low impact or as challenging as you’d like. We will incorporate dumbbells, bosu balls, battle ropes, TRX and more. This is an intimate small group setting with a maximum of 9 other women so that you can receive personalized support. These sessions will be held at my home studio in Westwood, MA (there is a private entrance leading to the gym, which has a shower if you need it).

Non-mobile babies (or the occasional big kid on an iPad) are welcome! There is a comfortable sitting area, bouncers, and toys available for your use.
