Hi! I’m Kayla and I was right where you are, not too long ago…

Many women (myself included) are terrified to gain excessive weight during pregnancy. Unfortunately,  so many aren’t sure what is best and safe to do so they often continue working out without any modifications (leading to many injuries) or do nothing, which is a huge disservice to themselves and their unborn children.

That is why I decided to dive in and spend months doing extensive research to create the ultimate training and nutrition program for new and expecting moms.

Using this program, I, and many clients have recovered faster without setbacks or injuries and felt sexier and more confident postpartum than they did before pregnancy!

FAQs:

“What equipment do I need?”

Ideally I’d love for you to have a stability ball and a set of dumbbells. I usually say two sets (one lighter for arm and one med/heavier for legs and back) but I know with the current pandemic it’s been difficult to get our hands on equipment, so if you have any other equipment or if you only have one set, we can make it work!

“How are the workouts set up and how long is each workout?”

Each workout is about 30-40 minutes and they are total body strength training workouts. We start with safe core activations to keep your core strong and intact. Then we move into total body workout focusing on postural changes and preparing you to be strong for labor and motherhood! We will incorporate some cardio movements and you always have the option to keep them low impact if you’d like.

“I haven’t worked out regularly before. Is this program okay for me to begin?”

Definitely. I show you ways to scale things up or back depending on your level and you can always rest whenever you need to or opt out of using weights!
