Hi! I’m Kayla and I was right where you are, not too long ago…

I had my son in June 2018 and to be honest, I actually felt more nervous working out again postpartum then I did during my entire pregnancy. When I got the clearance to workout, I felt good but wondered if my core and pelvic floor were ready to resume exercise. As I recovered slowly from a C-Section (my son was breech), I spent months doing extensive research to make sure I was easing back into my fitness safely and effectively.

Finally I created the ultimate training and nutrition program for new moms. Using this program, I, and many clients have recovered faster and returned back to pre-pregancy weight (and lower!) without injuring themselves and spending hours in the gym!

FAQs:

“What equipment do I need?”

All you’ll need is a set of dumbbells. I usually say two sets (one lighter for arm and one med/heavier for legs and back) but if you only have one set, we can make it work! If you have a stability ball or set of mini bands that’s awesome too, but not necessary!

“How are the workouts set up and how long is each workout?”

Each workout is 45 minutes and they are total body cardio/strength training workouts. We start with safe core activations to repair and rebuild your core, then we move into a total body workout focusing on postural changes and any muscle imbalances that occurred during pregnancy! We will incorporate some cardio movements and you always have the option to keep them low impact if you’d like.

“I haven’t worked out regularly before. Is this program okay for me to begin?”

Definitely. I show you ways to scale things up or back depending on your level and you can always rest whenever you need to or opt out of using weights!

“How long is this program?”

This is a 12 week training program with option to continue after!

“What if I have to miss a workout or guest calls?”

Everything will be recorded so if you can’t make it to a call or a workout you can always go back and access it later!
